Mona Vale Police Station

This project involved the temporary relocation of the existing police station office, demolition and removal of two existing residences and attached sheds, preparation of the site for the installation of a 300 m² prefabricated building, including electrical, mechanical and hydraulic works.



Landscaping works included relocation of Police signage, flag pole, sandstone retaining walls from materials salvaged on site, new turf and gardens.

ATO - Public Access Site, Sydney

Uniport constructed this high quality 800 m2 full floor fitout, comprising; fire rated computer room with access flooring, reception area, information display area, public enquiry area, interview area, meeting rooms, breakout area and open workstation area.

Child Support Agency, Sydney

Project Value: $3.2M

 

Uniport managed the construction of this high quality 3500 m2 fitout over three floors, comprising new partition walls, floor coverings, feature joinery, operable wall, workstations and furniture. A new computer room was constructed including all services, installation of energy efficient system to the lighting, new air-conditioning to suite, new Cat 6 data, security and modifications to electrical, hydraulic, fire and mechanical services.
